Yoga with Zarah
A lifelong yogi, athlete and chef, she believes that the practice of yoga asana creates a fit body and mind.
Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, challenging and supportive. Inspired by vinyasa, hatha and dance, she believes in the transformative power of music and breath and tailors her classes to the group.
Like to exercise but don't want a class experience (yet)
We are now offering several times during the week when you can come in and do your own thing at the space. We provide the endless amount of exercise equipment and cardio (bikes, elliptical, water rower and jump ropes)!
Parents, great option for you while your kids are climbing!
Fridays 7am - 9am (personal trainer on staff)
Saturdays/Sundays 12pm - 4pm
$10. drop in or 10 visits for $70.
